The Crew

Hello! I'm Chase Dela Cruz, I have a lengthy background in production starting in my childhood. I was a child actor and model from age 3 to 9 (during this time, I became part of the Screen Actors Guild), this was where I got my initial interest in being part of a production crew instead of the talent on camera.

In middle school I took a "Video Production" class that taught the basics of filming with simple cameras and editing in iMovie. For years, I would spend the majority of my time after school filming with my phone and editing on my dad's old laptop to make videos for my YouTube channel about Video Games and Trading Cards.

After high school I purchased my first mirrorless camera, a Canon EOS M200. I used that camera for 3 years to film and create fitness YouTube videos. I grew out of that camera and upgraded to that best camera in the Canon M line, the M6 Mk. II. My first real 4K camera. I used this camera for a year, but found myself limited by the capabilities of it, leading me to where I am today.

At the end of 2023 I purchased a Sony FX3 as my first professional camera, the camera I'm holding in the photo, because it's the smallest current generation cinema camera. Through 2024 I formed a lot of connections with camera professionals in the St. Augustine and Jacksonville area because of my investment in good camera gear, hard working nature, and natural eye for good video.

I love shooting weddings, working corporate video productions, being part of large commercial productions, and anything else in between. I'm constantly looking forward to my next gig, and looking for more work. I'm living what I dreamed of years ago.

We are locals from the St. Augustine - Jacksonville area. While we're perfectly situated for weddings and picnics in our area, we're also available to work in nearby cities and even internationally. No matter where you are, please feel free to reach out to us without any hesitation.
